Agreement and game access

Yokai Fun is a digital adventure game provided by sean Mudgett. By using the game you agree to these terms and contract with sean Mudgett for the game service. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play. Buyers must be legally able to purchase, or have a parent or guardian make the purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud or spam, infringe intellectual property, interfere with security, distribute malware, probe systems without permission, or scrape the service abusively. Do not resell the game or circumvent purchase controls.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics follow Paddle’s Buyer Terms. The optional bundle is $0.75 USD for three weapon upgrades, with any tax shown before payment. Live checkout requires seller approval. You may instead earn upgrades with in-game Ryo. Refunded purchases lose unused credits and cannot restore their redeemed upgrades onto a new journey; already-applied upgrades in a local journey are not rolled back.

Ownership and AI stories

sean Mudgett retains ownership of the game software, documentation and branding, subject to third-party rights. You retain rights you hold in your story inputs; you grant permission to process them solely to generate and display story consequences. AI outputs may be inaccurate and are entertainment, not professional advice. No exclusive ownership or copyright eligibility of generated outputs is promised.

You are responsible for your prompts, having rights to input content, verifying outputs and how you use them. Do not request illegal content, sexual content involving children, deepfakes, hate speech, malware or attempts to bypass safety controls. We may refuse or filter outputs, remove content and restrict access. Rights-holder complaints may result in removal of affected content and suspension for repeated infringement. Availability and suspension

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Local saves can be lost when browser data is cleared. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded.
